Open Establishment of Tamachi Sukeshige established Tamachi Industries Co., Ltd. with a capital of 2,000,000 yen at Tamachi 8-chome, Minato-ku, where Ohta Shoukai Co., Ltd had been located.
1964

Working with Toyota

Open Working with Toyota Business was started with the Toyopet Service Center Special Development Office, predecessor of the current Toyota Customizing & Development Corporation around this time,. The company took most of the orders related to engines for Grand Prix and chassis conversions.

Open Awards continuously received The YASDA horizontal 5-axis machining center YBM700NTT was introduced. Also, system was established to respond to high-precision demands. An award was given to commemorate the title following the year 2000.

Entry into medical care

Open Entry into medical care The ROFIN laser processing machine was introduced. The company acquired KES environmental certification. It also entered the medical industry.

Japan Automotive Hall of Fame

Open Japan Automotive Hall of Fame Sukeo Ohta was inducted into the 2010 Japan Automotive Hall of Fame.
2012

50th anniversary of Tamachi Industries

Open 50th anniversary of Tamachi Industries Tamachi Industry celebrated its 50th anniversary and Ohta Jidosha's 100th anniversary.
2014

Fourth generation

Open Fourth generation Kunihiro Ohta was appointed Chairman of the Board. Kiyoshi Yonai was inaugurated as President.
The company won the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) Toyota TS040 title for the year.
2015

Increase in power

Designing, manufacturing, and responding to prototype production and medium-volume production of general-purpose assembly camshaft devices continued.
2017

Chairman Kunihiro Ohta received conferment of decorations.

Open Chairman Kunihiro Ohta received conferment of decorations. Kunihiro Ohta received the Order of the Rising Sun Medal.
The DMG MORI DMC65 (high-performance simultaneous 5-axis machining center) and CTX250 (combined machine) were introduced.
The company started reinforcing its design and development and receiving engineering consignment services.
2018

Victory at 24 Hours of Le Mans

Open Victory at 24 Hours of Le Mans The Toyota Gazoo Racing TS050 won the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Round 2 of the FIA World Championship Super Season, for the first time.
